Not happy

Ordered a calendar as a gift for Christmas. Never got a confirmation email. Contacted support and they were not helpful. Said I need a credit card transaction number to start a search. Why cant they just use my email address? The recipient did not receive it for Christmas. Not sure I will ever get it!
